Does Outloq support anything other than reels?+

Not yet. Outloq is built around short vertical video — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Stories and static posts are on the roadmap, and we’ll ship them once the reel flow is boringly reliable.

What happens if one platform rejects my video?+

The rest still go out. We retry the failed one, then tell you what the platform actually said — in plain words, not an error code.

What accounts can I connect?+

Instagram connects directly, or through the Facebook Page it’s linked to — either works. TikTok and YouTube work with your normal account. You can connect more than one account per platform: each Facebook Page, Instagram account, YouTube channel and TikTok profile counts as one account toward your plan’s limit.

Why do I have to reconnect TikTok sometimes?+

TikTok expires access periodically — that’s their rule, not ours. Outloq warns you before it lapses and holds the queue instead of silently failing.

Can I write a different caption per platform?+

Yes. Write once and Outloq reuses it, or override any platform — including a YouTube title and a pinned first comment.

How does the free plan work?+

Our free plan lets you publish a limited number of posts each month to your connected platforms — see the exact numbers in the pricing section above. It's perfect for trying out Outloq and seeing how it can benefit your content strategy.

Can I change plans anytime?+

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account at any time. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Do you offer refunds?+

Refunds follow the terms in our Terms of Service. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us.

Is there a free trial?+

When a free trial is on offer, the paid plans in the pricing section above show how long it lasts, and you’re not charged until it ends. If they don’t mention one, there’s no trial right now.
