These Terms govern your use of Outloq (“Service”) provided by Victor Ejike, trading as Clear Wave Services, Ohlsdorfer Strasse 12, 4810 Gmunden, Austria (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your local law) and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit content solely to provide the features you choose (e.g., preparing uploads, publishing to connected platforms).
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube). Their APIs are governed by their own terms and policies. You authorize us to use the scopes you grant (such as video.publish) to perform actions you initiate.
On some platforms, posts may be restricted to private or self-only visibility while we complete that platform’s own content-review or audit process.
Some features may be paid. We will disclose pricing before you subscribe. Taxes may apply. You can cancel at any time per plan terms.
You may stop using the Service or disconnect platforms at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or legal reasons.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every platform or device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you use the Service as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country or of Austria.
We may modify these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
